We ask for references from each new start and verify their claims of experience gained. We then continually monitor and log experience, performance and skill level of our staff.

Efficient mobilization : We undertake the mobilization of personnel in the specified numbers and their placement at client-specified locations.  We are highly experienced in the mobilization of personnel to any destination in the world. We will ensure that we get your personnel to the right place at the right time as cost effectively as possible. From arranging visas, work permits and inoculations to booking flights, we coordinate closely with our clients, and  ensure that each stage of any mobilization is as trouble free as possible. On request, or at the conclusion of the contract period, the deputed personnel are demobilized from the client sites.

Accommodation & Transportation : Taurus can arrange for secure furnished accommodation and transportation as per clients specifications and either bill the client directly or include this in the candidates hourly/daily rate.
